TaxWhizz provides professional tax, accounting, GST, and business setup services. Our services are subject to applicable Indian laws. We do not provide legal advice. All tax advice is based on laws applicable at the time of service.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients. Clients are responsible for maintaining copies of all documents.
Our fees are as agreed in the engagement letter. Services commence upon receipt of required documents and advance payment where applicable. All fees are inclusive of applicable GST.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Information is shared only with government authorities as legally required in providing our services.
TaxWhizz liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in which the error occurred. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
